Over the past couple of years, we’ve introduced a wide range of new features and enhancements to the MyWorkPal platform. Some of you have told us that you weren’t aware of everything that’s been released — and that’s on us! We haven’t been sharing updates as clearly or as often as we should. That changes now.

Going forward, we’ll be sending more regular updates to help you stay informed about new capabilities, improvements, and helpful tools as soon as they become available. If there’s anyone in your organisation who would also benefit from these updates, just let us know and we’ll be happy to add them to the mailing list.

To get things started, here’s a quick look back at some of the most impactful features introduced over the last year — shared in short, digestible highlights rather than all at once. Keep an eye out for future emails where we’ll continue exploring more enhancements.

Feature Spotlight

Using Lookup Tables to Build Benefit Selection Lists

Benefit input fields can now draw options directly from lookup tables.

This update makes it far easier to manage large lists of selectable values. For example, if you offer a Charitable Donations benefit with a long list of charities, you no longer need to enter each charity manually. Simply upload your list into a lookup table and reference it as the source for your dropdown.

Generate PDFs From Document Templates

From version 2.30.10.9, you can now give users a link or button that generates a PDF from a document template instantly.

Imagine you have a benefit application that needs to be printed and sent to a provider. Once the user completes their benefit selection, you can present a link that downloads a pre‑filled PDF form — ready to print, sign, and post.

User Agreements

Release 2.30.10 introduced a new way to manage Terms & Conditions (T&Cs).
You can now create, update, and assign user agreements that must be accepted before users can access the platform. This ensures critical information is acknowledged and helps you maintain compliance across your organisation.

Data Comparison via SFTP

You can now enable data comparison when processing uploads via SFTP, Dropbox, or Google Drive. Configuration happens at the schedule level and follows similar principles to scheduled reporting.

This gives you greater flexibility and automation when validating inbound data.
