Dependent Repeater for Benefit Enrolment
You can now collect per-dependent selections during benefit enrolment using the new Dependent Repeater field type. This is ideal for benefits where each covered dependent needs their own choices - for example, selecting a cover level or cover amount for a partner or child under a medical or insurance benefit.
When an employee enrols, they'll see a dropdown listing only their eligible dependents (based on the rules you configure), and for each dependent they add, they'll be presented with the relevant fields to complete. A summary table displays their selections before they confirm.
This feature requires enabling via a platform setting and configuring "Link Dependents to Enrolment" on the benefit. It may also require some further engineering on your theme to support this feature, but you can try it out on the MWP theme before you go ahead. Shout if you'd like help getting started.

Bulk Delete Salary and Remuneration Records
It's now possible to bulk delete salary and remuneration records via the Data Transfer feature. This applies to both User Salary Remuneration and User Other Remuneration data transfers, which previously only supported uploading or updating records.
To use this, download your existing records, edit the file to include only the records you wish to remove, and upload using the Delete option. Please note that deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed, so we recommend reviewing your file carefully before proceeding.

Bulk Delete Dependants and Beneficiaries
You now have four options for bulk deleting dependent and beneficiary data via the Data Transfers screen:
User Dependants — Permanently removes dependants with no benefit links. Dependants linked to a benefit are archived (soft deleted) and remain visible to administrators.
User Beneficiaries — Permanently removes beneficiary records and any associated benefit assignments.
Employee Benefit Dependant Assignments — Removes dependants from specific benefit assignments without deleting the dependent records themselves. Please note that benefit recalculation is not triggered automatically after this action.
Employee Benefit Beneficiary Assignments — Removes beneficiaries from their benefit assignments. No recalculation is required after this action.
As with all bulk delete actions, these changes cannot be undone. We recommend downloading and reviewing your data before uploading a delete file.
