Modernise the platform by further adopting Azure-native services. This increases performance, scalability, and operational efficiency while reducing technical debt.


Front-End Modernisation: Move to React

Rebuild the UI in React, replacing the legacy AngularJS framework. React provides a modern, fully supported, and widely adopted ecosystem that improves maintainability, performance, and developer productivity.


Core Ciphr Suite Integration

Deliver robust integration with the Ciphr HR suite to synchronise employee data, payroll information, and user lifecycle events. This strengthens data consistency and reduces administrative overhead.


AI Knowledgebase Chatbot

Connecting a large language model chatbot to our extensive knowledge base to help platform owners easily find the answers they're looking for. Once this is in place we'll move on to user facing chatbot. 


OpenID Connect Single Sign-On

Adopt the OpenID Connect (OIDC) authentication standard to broaden SSO compatibility and deliver a simpler, more secure user sign‑in experience. Enables seamless interoperability with Ciphr HR and other identity providers.


Transition Scheduled Tasks to Azure Message Queues

Move all scheduled and background processing into Azure message queue services. This improves reliability, supports better load distribution, and enables more scalable asynchronous workflows.


Shift Business Logic to Microservice Libraries

Refactor core business logic into shared microservice components. This enables reusability across API apps, message‑queue processors, and future architectural components.


Analytics & Management Dashboards

Introduce in‑product analytics and dashboard capability using big‑data and telemetry pipelines. This provides real‑time visibility of user activity, system performance, and operational insights.
